EL XXIII (pronounced “El 23”) is an Arizona-based artist blending rap, Latin music, and R&B into a sound rooted in real life, growth, and experience. Known for mixing 23 different styles into his music, he creates records filled with street storytelling, melodic emotion, love, ambition, and personal evolution. After facing incarceration at 15, he used music to rebuild himself and grow beyond his past. His sound combines bilingual lyricism, emotional honesty, and motivational energy inspired by real experiences. Outside of music, EL XXIII is the founder and owner of Arizona Bangers, a growing radio app and platform supporting Arizona artists across rap, Latin music, corridos, and R&B. Previously operating under Shot Caller Worldwide, the movement evolved into Arizona Bangers — representing growth, opportunity, and a platform where the audience decides what rises to the top
